Cycling Boutique offers free shipping within India on all products if your total order amount is Rs. 999* or more. Otherwise Rs. 99 will be levied as Shipping Charges.
*Order value is calculated after applying discounts.
Over weight and large volumetric weight products (large box packaging), attracts higher shipping costs from shipping companies, resulting in additional shipping charges which will be communicated before we ship the products.

 

The shipping charges include packaging, handling, transport costs, etc. Our company incur relatively higher shipping costs on low value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps us offset logistics costs at the same time keeping highest International standards in offering top notch online shopping experience.

 

We ship free all over India through our dedicated and personalized shipping channels that are reliable and secure. Shipping cartons are well protected to reach products in mint conditions.


What are delivery charges?
Delivery charge varies with different locations of India. The delivery charge may be waived off for certain products, if you shop with them for a minimum predefined value.

Packages are generally dispatched within 48hrs after receipt of payment and are shipped via our shippers and we will provide you with a link to track your package online as soon as the consignment leaves our shipping centers.

 

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Fast delivery

You can, upon confirmation of your order on the site CyclingBoutique.in, view, download and print your invoice from the "Your Account" section "History and details of your orders." Orders are usually processed on the day of the transaction, and at the latest within 48hours after confirmation of payment.

 

Regarding shipping, we deal with the best services providers so that you receive your goods on time. Once your good are shipped, you will receive detailed information via EMail indicating the tracking number of your package. Once the goods are dispatched from our warehouses, the indicative delivery time by the carrier is 2-7 days (working days) in India. The products are delivered to the address you specify on the order form, only in India (Indian states and union-territories).

 

The parcel will be delivered against signature or no signature, according to the value of your order and the level of service used. You are responsible for checking the condition of the packaging of the goods upon delivery and report any damage to the carrier on the delivery, and CyclingBoutique (support@cyclingboutique.in), within a maximum of three working days.

Products which belongs to Cycling Boutique's "Market Place" product category, are sourced and supplied by manufacturers and distributors around the world. We ensure best possible delivery of Marketplace product to you at fastest speed possible. In case of products running out of stock or non-availability, we will be informing customer about the same promptly and will be refunding the amount paid towards shopping this product. Satisfied or refunded

 

We strive to assist you receive the top-of-the-line international merchandise – which are the worlds best and already undergone multiple levels of stringent quality tests. There is hardly any chance you will receive a defective or quality compromised item from Cycling Boutique.

You can change your mind after receiving your order, within a period of SEVEN (7) DAYS after product delivery without having to prove motive or pay penalties, except for return shipping costs. If this period, expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday, it is extended until the first following working day.

 

Following shall not be eligible for return or replacement - 

• Damages due to misuse of product;

• Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product;

• Consumable item that has been used or installed;

• Product that is returned without all original packaging, price tags and accessories, including the product box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered;

 

All returns must necessarily be reported prior to Customer Service CyclingBoutique generating a return request directly on our website - CyclingBoutique.in in the "Your Account" section "History and details of your orders." The customer selects the order in question in the Order History list, or and specify the request by clicking the "Generate a return(Warning: The product selected in the above list must have the order status "Delivered" in order to make the subject of a request for return). 


Return may involve all or part of the same order (see details on partial returns and orders including a discount in our Terms and Conditions ). If the return request is accepted, the customer will receive a feedback form available in the "Your Account" section "Returns products." This form must be printed and attached to the return parcel, to enable processing logistics. Products must be returned to the address mentioned in the “Return Products” form generated in the above step.

  

The customer must retain any proof of return, which implies that the items be returned by registered mail or default by any other means giving a certain date to this email and the ability to follow the shipment tracking. The return costs are to be borne by the customer. When the right of withdrawal is exercised by the customer under the conditions specified above, CyclingBoutique reimburse without delay and no later than thirty days after the date on which that right was exercised, the amount paid by the customer for the purchase goods returned, except for return shipping costs
