Amazing hospitality and service level and integrity as I was going for the first time and didn't knew they'll be having a handful when it came to overall commitments for the day and even though I had simple adjustments to the derailleur they still took my bike in without any complaints and not only checked my derailleur for adjusting but also corrected my bent derailleur hanger and to the pain and time out of their already super busy schedules for the day helped getting my beloved Ridley back to good shape. Fantastic place! It's less of a store and more of a home for bike lovers and enthusiasts alike. Biju is a wonderful guy , who will meticulously help you choose the right bike as per your body and riding style. He is the person who makes this palace world-class. Explains everything in detail and is an internationally certified bicycle rider himself. I didn't realize how time flew by in this store and before I knew it , it's already getting late. I absolutely recommend this place if you love cycling, or you wanna learn why soo many people love this sport/hobby. Premium brands are showcased here and you will certainly walk out with a bike that you will be proud to own and ride. Biju also make owning these a breeze. My suggestion is to call ahead of your visit, since he is busy and he loves to give each customer the attention and time which is required to make an informed decision. I sense I'll be back there soon again. Not for service but to meet Biju or to explore another road bike :) I feel like a kid in a candy store every time I visit.
