Kindly Note:

* Preferred Time Slots are Weekdays (Wednesdays are holidays): We recommend choosing the timeslot on weekdays ahead (11:00 am-7:00 pm IST).

*Weekend Schedule: The BikeFit process may sometimes take very long hours, so we wanted to ensure you get uninterrupted attention.

As you know, weekends are usually not preferred for BikeFit. We will be busy as new guests will be doing free-walk-in in-store hours with possible interruptions from those additional high-volume inquiry/support requests, making the BikeFit process longer hours to complete with interruptions in between. If you plan to book a weekend slot, kindly know this clause.
