Whats N+1 formula in Cycling! ?

by Biju K on February 13, 2023

The pun intended, unofficial cycling almanac says the following:

// The correct number of bikes to own is n+1.

While the minimum number of bikes one should own is three, the correct number is n+1, where n is the number of bikes currently owned.

In common man's language it means that getting a new bike is always dream come true for people who really loves cycling. Due to the vast category of bikes available for varying style of riding, cyclists are always in look out for their ultimate bike as each bike types offers varying level of growth in cycling related benefits in their life.
So cyclists talk in a fun way that they would love to have an n+1 bike for them ahead, as they would love to have more and more bikes in their life - A great attitude and progress that shows cycling is an inspiring and life changes sport for cyclists!
