Your well-being and that of our employees is our number one priority. In response to the latest developments surrounding the corona virus, we have been serving the cycling communities with our sincere services throughout the times when the world was going through pandemic with our operations on optimal support with fully complying with social distancing and local regulations. All our teams and families are vaccinated, routinely and consistently tested  NEGATIVE for Covid by following strict Covid prevention practices throughout times. This gives us great vibe to service the world with great confidence as cycling is the need of the time since the world is deprived of health and fitness activities.

The regulated appointment system to follow maximally is a difficult decision for any business to make, but we believe it is the right thing to do for our cycling community and general visitors.

We will continue to work closely with our teams and public health officials throughout the country on the best way to navigate the days and weeks ahead, and will share information with you as we move forward together.

FOR CYCLING STORE SUPPORT - IS CYCLING BOUTIQUE EXPERIENCE CENTER STILL OPEN?

Your local Cycling Boutique Experience Center & Store - India's best cycling store is reopening on 1st August 2021. All visits must be via prior appointments as we follow strict Covid protocols to avoid crowding. Appointments can be easily booked from here:

Meantime, customers are still able to access and place orders via our main online store - www.cyclingboutique.in, and we will continue to provide support via our Customer Service team.



ORDERS & DELIVERY
IS MY DELIVERY SAFE?

We take high level of sanitisation for all things we handle and package in store and our warehouses. All of our carriers are taking necessary precautions and have therefore introduced contactless deliveries, meaning there will be no direct contact with the driver. To ensure further safety to you and our drivers (where it exists), we will also be using the safe place locations



FOR BENGALURU, INDIA - MY CLICK & COLLECT ORDER IS IN CYCLING BOUTIQUE EXPERIENCE CENTER WHICH IS NOW OPENED?

Your Click & Collect parcel is safe and with us. We will get in touch with you as soon as we are ready for delivery via the Experience Center and will allow you to come and collect your C & C parcel from 10am to 6pm on the working days.



FOR BENGALURU, INDIA - MY CLICK & COLLECT ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

It is likely that our courier team is waiting for the safest opportunity to deliver it to your local address. Should this be the case, we will get in touch with you as soon as we restart our nation-wider inbound shipment arrivals happens to let you know when your order will be ready to collect.
