Wahoo Kickr Terms & Conditions: Shipping / Delivery / Installation / Warranty

Scope of delivery and timeline:

  • We will be dispatching one unit of the product to you using the best courier service available to your location.
  • The usual transportation time taken by the courier could be approximately 5–10 business days, after payment confirmation. (Kindly note that Indian elections and holidays might affect the delivery schedule of couriers.)
  • The shipment and box will be sufficiently good (original packaging from Wahoo) for transporting the product.
  • In case you notice any concerns with the product packaging or shipment in general, kindly immediately take photos and videos of the shipment and report to us. Under no circumstances, without observing the package conditions, kindly do not sign out the courier service.

 

Once the product is received by you:

Wahoo Fitness or Cycling Boutique does not accept returns or refunds of this product once it is in use.

For any warranty, service, etc. cases, you may need to contact the respective Wahoo India representative who's in charge, from time to time. Cycling Boutique is your retail purchase contact point only. You may contact any Wahoo authorised support centers in India for assistance on this product.

  • Kindly use the best of your skills or external assistance to assemble the new product with absolute care, including the electric and electronic connections. Cycling Boutique or Wahoo do not support local installation of this product in your location. We can only offer remote video call-based oversight of installation and quick guidance during installation.
  • You must ensure that you verify the product delivered is in good condition, immediately after the delivery and notify us of any concerns you see on the box at the time of delivery. Kindly hold on and report to us on the concerns before the shipment is signed and accepted.
  • Once the shipment box is with you, kindly get a clear unboxing video of every stage of the product and take clear pictures and videos of all parts and sides of the product to ensure that there is no concern with the product received.
  • Kindly complete the installation completely and skilfully, after referring to the technical documentation from Wahoo.


If you find any concerns during the installation/setup, kindly inform us immediately with photographs/videos.



Post Installation:

  • Kindly use firm power plugs and connectors, and once switches on for the first time, use the mandatory firmware update without interruptions.
  • Once the product is in use, any concerns noted will only be considered warranty concerns to be addressed by Wahoo India.
  • In the event of any manufacturing defects, the warranty claim can be applied directly to Wahoo Fitness, and based on their discretion, the warranty claims will be addressed.


In the event of an uneventful case, if you ever have a reason to reach out to Wahoo:

You are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping costs will not be refunded. 

  • Because of the size and weight of the KICKR product, we do not offer a refund for any shipping charges you may have paid at the time of purchase (if any).
  • Regardless of when the return is made, because of the size and weight of the KICKR Product, returns will be charged a restocking fee of 20% of the cost of the product or more based on location.
  • You are responsible for all shipping charges for product returns and assume the risk of loss or damage to returned products in transit to Wahoo Fitness or designated return centres of Cycling Boutique. The return shipment must be insured for safety.
  • We cannot provide return packaging, so we recommend keeping the original packaging for the duration of the return period.
  • Please note, if you are returning a smart trainer or another large/bulky item, return shipping is estimated at Rs 6,000 + insurance + Packaging costs or even more in India via premium courier services.
