IMPORTANT: This is a RENTAL PLAN service and not a bicycle to purchase online or in-store. This is a rental service, and we do not ship this product. This rental service is currently available only at the Bengaluru, India location. This bicycle rental must be self-collected/picked up, and dropped off at the Cycling Boutique Experience Centre, located at 80 Feet Road, Indiranagar, Bengaluru, after signing the necessary rental agreement form. 

Transporting this to a location within Bengaluru city limits can be arranged based on transport costs and well in advance before intimations.

IMPORTANT: NO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE ON THIS RENTAL SERVICE. Orders must be placed only after prior confirmation from us. Any vague orders without prior confirmation will be cancelled without notice, and an inconvenience charge will be deducted from the order to cover the payment gateway charges and other expenses incurred due to incorrect orders.

IMPORTANT: Any vague orders or orders placed without prior confirmation approval will get automatically cancelled, and no refunds will be provided.

This Bike is available for rental in Bengaluru City, India and surrounding areas. We do not ship this out of Bengaluru for rides. You must report to us well before if you are taking this Bike out of this location.

Rental Racks are available for hire if you wish to carry this bicycle in your car.

If you are a bit far from our location, you may use a car (we can fit it inside most cars), autorickshaws/luggage carriers, etc. or hire one using apps-based services like "Porter".

• A valid Original ID Proof must be produced for security/verification purposes as per the law. We will retain the original ID card during the entire rental period as a safety deposit. 
• If you prefer not to deposit an original ID card and provide only a soft copy to us, the safety deposit, equivalent to the actual value of the product, will be applicable and must be paid at the time of product pickup.
• A mandatory Waiver form must be signed at the time of bike pickup. This form outlines the rules and regulations governing the responsible use of the product during the rental period.
