Vincenzo Nibali has certainly acquired a legendary status in the world of cycling. Known as "the Shark of Messina" or "Lo Squalo dello Stretto", Vincenzo's killer instinct when it comes to winning bike races is unquestioned.
Our collaboration with Vincenzo Nibali continues in 2021 with another great-looking kit! We wanted to create a bright and contemporary design for Vincenzo. Taking inspiration from Italian design of the ’60s. We worked with block colors, abstracted patterns, and typography to reference both his home of Sicily, his nickname, ‘Lo Squalo Dello Stretto’, and his victories in all three Grand Tours.
These cycling gloves are the perfect complement to the Nibali Squalo kit! Featuring anti-shock padding, anti-slip, and anti-abrasion palm, they ensure maximum breathability with a perfect fit.
