Still waiting and it's the 5th day

It's been 5 day still waiting for the order to get delivered for a in city delivery and paid rs 200 for delivery.

We are sorry to know that you had trouble in receiving the shipment on time, though we worked extremely hard to send you the time well before the timelines. It was shipped to you on 28th October itself using expensive couriers

As you know, once the courier is in command, we have no option but to wait for them to deliver the item. Last few days we have seen umpteen number of delays across India by all couriers due to festival time rush (mad rush for Diwali sales by online sales channels which clogs the courier networks). The modern couriers do not offer direct contacts, only email supports works and they are often tough to control in these kind of situations.

We have already escalated the problem to them. But we have no control on any of the couriers.

If you have concerns and want us to cancel or refund the order, we can assist in this regard. Or else both of us have to wait for them to turn around. We do not have another piece of the product too to quickly assist.
