This CeramicSpeed UFO Drip Chain Coating formula is even faster and longer lasting than the first formula.
The chain coating is developed to support all disciplines and is based on a non-toxic, non-flammable, and bio-degradable formula. For wet conditions, the chain must be dried following the ride, and a fresh coating of UFO Drip must be applied to ensure the best protection and continuing optimization.

Storage is stated at 10-30°C on the bottle. Can it go lower or higher?
Stress tests below 5°C and above 35°C have been performed. The viscosity can become quite thick at these temperatures, and it becomes necessary to shake well to make the UFO Drip flow again. The first cm may still be thicker, which is OK to apply to the chain as the functionallity is still present. In extreme cases, it may be necessary to clear the cap with a needle.
Can UFO Drip be used in all riding conditions?

Why do you recommend waiting overnight after applying UFO Drip? How long do I need to wait?
The wax particles in the lube work best when they are dry and merged as solid wax. In the bottle, the particles are dissolved in water, which needs to evaporate before the wax particles can merge as a concrete wax coating. Additionally, allowing the wax to dry entirely prevents dirt, grime, or road dust from contaminating the wax or creating a dirty chain.
What is the clicking sound inside the bottle when shaking?
UFO Drip is unique as it is made initially with dry wax powder to achieve the least friction of all lubes. If not disturbed for many days or after considerable temperature variations, the viscosity will be thicker. A bolt is included inside the bottle to efficiently reconstitute the formula, ensuring even mixing and returning UFO Drip to a liquid/thinner viscosity.
The first cm UFO Drip out of the cap is thick?
If not disturbed for many days or after considerable temperature variations, a small amount of wax can congeal in the nozzle. This is normal and OK to apply onto the chain, where it will disperse across the links.

How to apply UFO Drip
For new chains and the first application, fully clean and dry the chain, ensuring to rinse all cleaners off before drying. We recommend CeramicSpeed Clean Drivetrain for this purpose. Always shake your UFO Drip bottle well before each use to ensure an even application of waxes. Apply UFO Drip directly to the chain rollers over the cassette, rotating the chain slowly backward to coat the entire chain length twice. Next, apply UFO Drip to the inside of the chain, along the rollers on the bottom span over the chain, and coat the entire length of the chain twice. . Allow UFO Drip to dry a minimum of 8 hours for best results and clean performance.
For follow-up applications with an overall clean drive train, wipe the chain surface with a dry and clean cloth. Shake the UFO Drip bottle well. Apply UFO Drip directly to the chain rollers over the cassette, rotating the chain slowly backward. Coat the entire length of the chain twice. Let dry for 8 hours. If your drive train has become thoroughly dirty and contaminated, begin with a complete cleaning & coating as you would for a first application.
