Professional BikeFit Related Programs:

• 1) Pre-Purchase Activity - To-Do: Consultation (Detailed sizing for custom build) - For New Bicycle Purchases from Another Store / Third-Party (Sizing, BikeFit check, etc.)

Consultation Fee: Rs 2650 + GST 18%

Terms & Conditions:
•⁠  ⁠Kindly note that the BikeFit bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded once we confirm the session. It can be rescheduled within 30 days for an alternative date, subject to time availability. Under no circumstances will the fee paid be refunded or adjusted towards any other purchases or transactions from Cycling Boutique.

•⁠  ⁠On unforeseen instances, Cycling Boutique has all the rights to reschedule the session to a convenient time.

•⁠  ⁠The Bike Size consultation is only towards finding the appropriate size/calculations. This service doesn't include any BikeFit session to re-adjust the bike position, etc for a bike. The suitable size and the person's detailed physical measurements will be shared after the session.

•⁠  ⁠The bike sizing charges are applicable for a single session on a single day.

*The Bike Siggestion is limited to a recommended maximum of two bikes from popular cycling brands. Any additional bike examination costs extra effort, and for each new bike check, an additional fee of Rs 500 will be applicable.

• This service is limited to finding a new bike size only, and its scope does not include any additional work, such as sourcing a new bicycle from suppliers or third parties, or follow-up work on new bike size identification, mechanical fitting, or bike fitting.

• If the user is bringing an existing reference bike and it requires significant work involving laborious tasks, such as removal or reinstallation of parts, the charge will be based on actual costs.

•⁠  ⁠Mechanical tune-up of any bikes (either old or new) will not be in the scope of a Bike Sizing session. 

•⁠  ⁠Shoes / Apparel or accessories fitting / sizing is not a scope of this program.

• The session booked will not be transferable to another person.

•⁠  ⁠The validity of the session, once booked, is 30 days, and the program has to be completed within this duration.

• This session includes a comprehensive BikeFit for careful setup without aerobars. If you are looking for a fit program for triathlons, please let us know, as we have another program available for that purpose.
• State-of-the-art 2-dimensional real-time dynamic motion capture and analysis. Fitted precision and comprehensive ergoFitic fit evolved and formulated from the finest fitting systems.
• Identifying and correcting physical/anatomical anomalies of the body to avoid injuries and enhance cycling performance.
• Professional Bike Sizing and Body Measurement Data for future reference (*Upon request - data extraction/sharing may take up to 30 days).
• Professional Clipless Shoe installation with precision & ergonomic shoes/cleat setup (if needed).
• Q&A and ask anything technical about riding comfort, performance, and endurance.
• A quick, free professional mechanical inspection of the bike to find imperfections or upgrade recommendations

*Pricing Guidance: Our BikeFit tariff involves extremely laborious and precise analysis, which requires a high level of expertise, meticulous application, multi-person labour efforts, costly precision tools, licensing, and continuous upgrades of international credentials and equipment.* Despite this, our pricing is comparatively very economical. As an equivalent and lesser attention to detail, a quick entry-level BikeFit session in the rest of the world can easily cost upwards of USD 400 (Rs 30,000 or higher) for a low-profile 1-hour session, with each follow-up session also carrying attached costs. Our session can last 1-3 hours or more, depending on the care needed. Our prices are the most economical, and we offer definite results—no wonder we attract international visitors to our BikeFit sessions due to their cost-effectiveness.

How to prepare/arrive for BikeFit

• Please bring in a neat and clean bike so that it can be easily mounted on the train. The dirty bike will incur an additional charge and time to prepare for BikeFit.
• Please arrive wearing your regular riding shoes and cycling shorts to ensure accurate sizing information.
• BikeFit can take arbitrarily long hours, along with handling other customers who walk in around the same time. Please be prepared and plan your day to spend as much time as possible around the BikeFit session. We offer high-speed Free WiFi and make it easy for our clients to come in for BikeFit while they are making official calls or working on their laptops. 🙂

* In unforeseen instances, Cycling Boutique has the right to reschedule the session to a convenient time.
* The BikeFit charges are an approximation. If the BikeFit takes more effort and time than initially planned, additional charges might be incurred towards the BikeFit session.
* The BikeFit charges are applicable for one session of BikeFit on a single day. If any follow-up sessions are requested, additional charges will be incurred, as per subsequent communications.
* During the BikeFit, to make you fit on the stock bike, we recommend any bike component changes that require additional purchase/costing. We suggest making the necessary changes during the same BikeFit session, as it will save considerable time and effort to implement the changes and make the required corrections. Any changes that you postpone to a future time/date will incur a flat BikeFit session recall/re-setup fee of Rs 500, as it causes inconvenience to our schedules.
* The BikeFit process is fitted to accommodate one bicycle. If the Fit needs to be transferred or applied to another bike, a default charge of Rs 1,230 + GST 18% per road bike or Rs 3,000 + GST 18% per triathlon/TT bike applies. Will be applied, irrespective of the original Bikefit bike type selected/paid for. Kindly note that TT and other analysed road bikes and hybrids have significant differences, which require more time and effort.

* Number of bikes analysed, suggested if required to be Bikefitted in the right way possible, is limited to one bike. Any minor adjustments or tweaks required in sizing adjustments will be free of cost within 2 weeks from the date of BikeFit.

* After 2 weeks, any future mechanical additions, fitting, installations, etc., will be at the actual labour charges.

* Post BikeFit if any new bike purchase decisions, etc., arrive ahead (say, e.g., identification of wrong bike size, etc.), if the bike purchase is going to be from any third-party supplier/store, any follow-up work on new bike size identification, mechanical fitting, etc., will be charged as per the standard charges for these services.

* Any major works involving laborious tasks, such as aligning internal cable routing, hydraulic disc brake shortening and bleeding, etc., will be charged as per the actuate tune-up. Mechanical tune-ups on bikes will not be performed during the Fit session. Our free mechanical assessment of bikes is typically provided at no cost, if time permits and there is sufficient bandwidth to do so. Our pre-tune-up mechanical tune-up services are often chosen by many customers who understand the significance of pre-tune-ups and assembly/tune-ups. If you plan to inspect the mechanical aspects of the bike, please prepare well in advance, as these additional tasks may take time to complete, depending on the availability of our workshop's time slots.

*Shoe fitting, if needed, will be assisted with at no cost during the BikeFit day. Any installation, if required later, will be charged at the same rate as the shoe fitting charges at the store.

More importantly:

* BikeFit is not a magic pill. It's a process to follow a standard theoretical experience to help a person ride a bicycle, then ride better and more effectively. People own their capabilities, anomalies, and interests in cycling, which determine how they enjoy the sport. We assist in the BikeFit process to apply the theory of riding more effectively, with improved body posture and riding techniques. Each individual may take their time to achieve, surely depending on the person—this is because they have only one mentor to provide the knowledge
* If the person undergoing a BikeFis already has physiological or injury-related troubles, etc. We always suggest a gradual progression with the new BikeFit positions, covering them slowly and steadily with great patience and personalising routines.
* If the person continues using the wrong Bike Sizes, etc, even after the BikeFit session, the effectiveness of the BikeFit progression could be slower or ineffective. Always take our suggestions and advice in these cases, for safer progressions ahead.
